Freight
Freight is free to many major centres (unless the item description says otherwise) – email for quote if you are in a fringe/outer area.
ACT free delivery to Canberra/Queanbeyan.
NSW free delivery to: Sydney, Camden, Picton, Wollongong, Kiama, Nowra, Ulladulla, Bowral, Mittagong, Katoomba, Nelson Bay, Gloucester, Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Scone, Queanbeyan, Wodonga, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Lismore. Some locations depot pick up.
VIC free delivery to: Melbourne, Albury/Wodonga.
QLD free delivery to: Brisbane, Gold Coast.
$10 Zone: Rest of NSW not listed above, Rest of VIC not listed above, Adelaide, Toowoomba, Maroochydore, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay. Pick up from nearest Depot required, Email or call 02-80688400 or 0425241688 for depot locations.
$20 Zone: Perth, Launceston, Hobart, Townsville, Cairns. May require Depot pick up, Email or call 02-80688400 or 0425241688 for depot locations.
If your area is not listed within the above delivery zones, please email or call 0425241688 for price before purchase.
We reserve the right to not automatically accept your order if you live in a difficult area to deliver to, we will contact you if there is a problem delivering to your location and work out a solution with you.
Privacy
We totally respect your privacy. Any/all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to anyone ever. All information you provide will be held with maximum care and will not be used in any way that you have not consented to.

Returns
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, we will gladly organise to swap it for the correct one. Please contact us by email firstly to organise all returns!
Refunds by law:
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description. If a Mousse tube has been fitted it cannot be returned, so if you are unsure DO NOT FIT IT call or email. We check every one before it leaves our warehouse.
Please email first for approval before returning goods. All claims for return of goods must be accompanied by invoice. All items returned for refund must be complete.
All goods remain the property of4Enduro.com until paid in full. If your account exceeds our trading terms & be passed on for collection all costs including debt collection, commission, solicitor’s fees & all out of pocket expenses will be the liability of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL / SPECIAL ORDERS:
Please inquire about freight charges when ordering. 10% GST does not apply to International orders.
WARRANTY / GUARANTEE / RETURNS:
4Enduro.com warrants that all items sold are free of defects in materials and workmanship. Please call first for approval before returning goods by certified post. We will exchange, credit or refund you if goods are faulty.
MOUSSE TUBE RETURN:
4Enduro.com are not responsible for damages or accidents due to defects in the product sold which could happen if the client uses the products improperly and without following the instructions given.
Every client is solely responsible for the correct use of the product bought from 4Enduro.com. The limit of our liability shall not exceed the sale price. Due to the nature of offroad competition once the product is fitted no warranty exists. Warranty only extends to unfitted products where an obvious fault exists.
